At Swiss Nutraceutical Sdn Bhd (doing business as Swiss Nutralife) (“Swiss Nutralife”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we are committed to providing our customers with safe, high-quality nutraceutical supplements, health products, cosmetic items, and membership services.

This Refund & Return Policy sets out the terms under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be requested. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.


Strict No-Refund Policy After Shipment

  • Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellations or refunds.

  • Refunds will only be considered if the product you received is defective, damaged, or tampered with upon delivery.


Eligible Cases for Refunds or Returns

You may request a refund or replacement only if:

  1. The product was delivered in a defective or damaged condition.

  2. The product packaging shows clear signs of being tampered with.

  3. You received the wrong product compared to your order.


Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

Refunds or returns will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or unsealed by the customer.

  • Products that are in good condition but are no longer wanted due to a change of mind.

  • Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special offers.

  • Membership services or benefits that have already been utilised.


Refund/Return Request Process

  2. Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt) and evidence of the issue (e.g., clear photos or videos of the damaged/tampered product).

  3. Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection within 7 working days.

  4. If approved, you may be required to return the product in its original packaging for inspection.

  5. Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 30 working days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction (e.g., Billplz, credit/debit card, e-wallet). If this is not possible, we will provide an alternative solution that is mutually agreed upon.


Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse any refund or return request that does not meet the above conditions.

  • For memberships, any utilised benefits will be deducted before considering a refund (if applicable).


Changes to This Policy

Swiss Nutralife reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
